Title : Oiseau Multicolore.

Technique : Color Etching and Aquatint on Vellum Rives paper .

Paper size : 45 X 62,5 cm / 17.7 X 24.6 inch.

Additional Information : The Color Etching with Aquatint is Hand Signed in pencil by the artist "G. Braque" at the lower right margin, as well as Hand Numbered in pencil "177/200" at the lower left margin.
The work was printed in a limited edition of 200 impressions in circa 1950.
The etching with aquatint is based on an original painting by Braque and was engraved by Aldo Cromelynck for the edition Maeght, Paris.
The work "Oiseau Multicolore" has been sold for $10200 at Sotheby's New York in May 2000 and for $11044 at the auction house Hauswedell & Nolte in Germany in May 2005.
