<hr align=left size=5 width=33% color=#778899>Original 1913 Spring and Summer US Fashion & Sample Book from Jos. Knopf and Son of Knopf Clothes, in Rochester, NY, 16½"x22½". In addition to cloth samples and fine full-page drawings of men’s fashions accomplished by some of the finest graphic illustrators of the day, many with color tint, there are included five different pages [plus two duplicates] featuring vintage images of prominent baseball players of the day in various poses. Interspersed with samples and illustrations of English model sack suits and evening wear, are printed photographs of Chicago’s <b>Christy Mathewson</b>, <b>Marquard</b>, <b>McGraw</b>, <b>Tris Speaker</b>, the Athletics’ <b>J. Franklin ‘Home Run’ Baker</b>; ‘<b>Chief’ Bender</b>; plus a photo of <b>Ty Cobb</b> teaching his toddler son the “<i>art of batting</i>,” plus Boston manager <b>Stahl</b> and NY manager <b>McGraw</b>, and others. This cloth and leather bound book is intact with crisp text and drawings. Pages evidence scattered foxing; light general toning; two cloth samples missing. Generally in very nice condition.

11. All bidding is done in a competitive manner. The
winning bid will always be one bidding increment
over the second highest bid. The minimum
acceptable bid for any lot is 50% of the low
estimate given in the item description or $25,
whichever is higher.

12. Payment is expected immediately upon receipt of
invoice. All accounts are payable to Signature
House. Payment must be made in U.S. funds. Wire
transfer details are available upon request.
West Virginia residents will pay a sales tax of
6% unless a resale number is filed with us prior
to the closing date. For sales outside of the USA
a credit card is requested.

13. Shipment is made via U.S. Postal Service or
Airborne unless otherwise instructed. Handling,
shipping and insurance charges are added to the
invoice. Oversize and foreign shipments are subject
to increased charges. All items are shipped
immediately upon receipt of payment.

14. Golden Guarantee: All material is returnable within
seven days providing that it comes back in the same
condition. There is a lifetime guarantee on
authenticity to the original purchaser. The item(s)
must be returned with two letters denying it’s
authenticity by expert authenticators acceptable
