<B>G. I. Joe and His Jouncing Jeep Mechanical Tin Toy by Unique Art Mfg. Co., Inc.</B></I> Measures approximately 7” from bumper to bumper, 3” wide, and 8” tall. This colorful full tin lithographed toy bounces Joe off of his seat as the vehicle putters along. Around the body of the Jeep are printed text like “Jet Propelled”, “Supersonic Speed”, “Atomic Brakes”, and “Watch Joe Go”. On the rear of the vehicle is the manufacturer information, and the date “4-11-44”, presumably of manufacture. The mechanism is in full working order, with key underneath. Fine condition. A scarce early G. I.
