G. Gouegler-marked half-stock percussion plains type rifle, .38 cal., 28” octagon barrel, double set trigger, pewter fore end wood stock, brass furniture. This gun is in overall fair to good condition withgrey/brown patina on metal surfaces, pitting around firing area; dark bore, set triggers working at time of description; brass tipped wood cleaning rod; wood stock shows classic wear from years of carry and storage withsome old losses around the lock plate and fore arm channel. We are open Tuesday thru Friday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Little John's will be closed the Friday after the auction. Preview on October 27th 7 28th 9:00 to 11:00 am each day.

Little John's will pay for packing and materials. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries. International buyers agree to pay all cost incurred including all shipping, insurance, exporter fees, all custom and duty fees associated with shipment. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Regulations apply and MUST be strictly followed.
