<td width="100%">
This is an American made bisque head. The Fulper Pottery Co. of Flemington, N.J. produced bisqwue heads from 1918-1921. So there is a limited number to be found. The marking is light so you might not be able to see it clearing in the picture but it does say Fulper vertically and U.S.A. underneath it horizontally. Seh does not have her eyes so you will need to get some. She has a great painted face. She has lots of black painted upper and lower lashes. She has the red dots in the eyes and nostrils. She has nicely painted large lips with an open mouth and two teeth. The eyebrows are in brown and are feathered.This head is from a smoke free environment. By one of the back sew holes, there are two little chips around the hole. Under her chin there is like a backwards C that's black. I've used water on it but it doesn't come off. Don't know if it's an imperfection in the bisque or what. When you look at the head straight on you can't see it but wanted to let you know it's there. If you want an American piece of history, then this might be what you are looking for. The head is 6" tall and the circumference around just above the ears is 11". It is 4 1/2" across the shoulders and 3" from front to back. Buyer to pay $15 for U.S. shipping, insurance, and handling. Thanks for viewing.
