Designed for use as an automatic police carbine, the Reising Model 50 uses a closed bolt action. Blade front and adjustable peep rear sights, with a combination flash hider and muzzle brake, along with cooling fins near the breech. Standard 3-line model, address and patent markings on top of the receiver, with the three position "SAFE S.A. F.A." selector switch on the right side. Smooth pistol grip stock, with a serrated steel buttplate. In a leather covered case marked "PROPERTY OF/ N.C. HIGHWAY PATROL" in white on each side, with 2 extra magazines. NOTE: This firearm is classified by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives as a "Machine Gun". This is a fully transferable NFA Class III Firearm currently on a Form 4. You are required to check your state and/or local laws as to whether or not you may own this. This weapon can be transferred to a Class III dealer at no charge. Buyer pays all other transfer fees and stamps.
