Full stock Bedford style percussion “Kentucky” rifle with locks signed “H. Walker”, fancy pierced and engraved patchbox, sideplate inscribed August 13th, 1856. The rifle measures 57-1/2” overall with 41-7/8” barrel. Approx. 41 caliber 7-groove rifled. The gun remains in very good original condition showing a light grey brown patina finish, some scattered light erosion and pinprick pitting, mostly on the lock. The hammer shows fancy Bedford styling. The stock is very good with good natural striping, just some normal carry and use, slight darkening, small scratches, minor imperfections. The patchbox is very attractive and lightly engraved. A nice original rifle by an identifiable maker. From the Bernard Braverman Collection. Est: $2,000 - $4,000

Little John's will pay for packing and materials. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Regulations apply and MUST be strictly followed.
