<B>1881 G$1 MS67 PCGS.</B></I> Coruscating luster enlivens both sides of this spectacular Superb Gem, and brings the peach and apricot-gold colors out to their fullest. Exquisitely struck, lightly frosted design features stand out against the satiny fields. Just a couple of faint ticks on each side keep this marvelous coin from an even higher grade. Karl Stecher, Sr. purchased this piece from the Guttag Bros. of New York during the 1930s. A Guttag Bros. envelope is included with the notations "1881 Gold Dollar Unc."
