<B>1994 1C Lincoln Cent--On a 1969-D Dime--MS62 ANACS.</B></I> Here's an error that needed some human intervention to happen. Possibly, a mischievous worker or visitor to the Philadelphia Mint deliberately seeded a bin of cent planchets with a 1969-D Roosevelt dime. Another possibility is that a worker for a cent planchet supplier whimsically inserted the dime prior to shipment to the Philadelphia Mint. The dime date and mintmark are visible near AMERICA. Roosevelt's face gazes south beneath the Lincoln Memorial, and the flame of the torch emerges from Lincoln's mouth.
