This is a Parian lady by Emma Clear 1940. She was purchased at the Mary Merritt Doll Museum Auction Oct. 1, 2006. She is called the Kaiser Cross Lady with Victoria as her name. Here is the catalog description and I agree as she is wonderful. "A fine quality untinted bisque shoulder head incised Clear. Painted and molded features with blue eyes, molded and painted bodice with necklace, fancy blonde hair with gold band, pierced ears with earrings, cloth body with Humpty Dumpty label and corset, bisque limbs and nicely dressed in full length old cotton print gown."
