The Best Picture Oscar winner of 1953 was adapted from the "adult" novel by James Jones -- a story that was considered unfilmable. Instead, it won the most Oscars since "Gone With the Wind" and reinvigorated the careers of both Burt Lancaster and Frank Sinatra. This rolled Banner has edge wear and tears with plastic tape on the back, wrinkling with cracking, and soiling and scuffs.
