Original hand-inked Pink Panther comic art, done in a studio artist’s hand, depicting the Pink Panther using his own tail to paint a portrait of the Inspector, on a 10 x 17.5 off-white sheet, marked at the bottom in blue pencil, “The Pink Panther # 5, Jan. 1972,” signed at the bottom in black felt tip by Freleng. Double matted and framed to an overall size of 19.5 x 26.5. In fine condition, with a light vertical crease to right of center passing through a portion of sketch. Oversized.
