French model 1805 flintlock pistol by Mauberge Arsenal with 1812 dated cartouche in stock. This Napoleonic era flintlock Martial pistol is in untouched and as found un-cleaned condition. The metal surfaces show a dark brown with some scattered light to moderate pitting and a heavy coating of rust deep patina. The stock is very good plus with a couple small losses and sharp inspections on left side behind side plate with clear dates and initials. The brass mounts show a dark almost brown patina. The lock parts are all original. A very nice and sharp French military pistol that is in the condition that collectors love to find them. Est.: $900-$1,800.
