This "French provincial" bread mixing table measures 52 inches wide at top, 24 and one half inches deep and is 39 and one quarter inches high overall. It is in three pieces, which are shown in the accompanying photographs; the lid, the bread mixing container, and the bottom stand. There is a single drawer that measures 33 inches wide and is 3 inches deep down. Known as a "pétrin", in the French language. The top section, the container, measures 10 and one half inches wide at the bottom and is 20 inches wide at the top and 38 and one half inches long at the bottom and 47 and one half inches long at the top.
