<td width="100%">
We offer a magnificent Pendule d'officier made by the fabulous French clock maker Thioat l'Aine. It dates from around 1750, the period of Louis XV of France.

It is covered with shell (carpace de tortue)stained red and has gilt bronze decorative designs.

The mechanism, we believe, is of later date and requires some servicing. The clock worked initially when it was purchased but stopped running a few years back.

A beautiful item.
