This is a vintage (probably 1980s) greeting card featuring artwork by Marie Laurencin titled "Portrait de la Baronne Gourgaud a la Mantille Noir". Musee National d'Art Moderne, Paris. Printed in France. SIZE: Approx. 5" x 7". Marie Laurencin (October 31, 1883 – June 8, 1956) was a French painter and printmaker. Her works include paintings, watercolors, drawings, and prints; she is known as one of the few female Cubist painters. **MORE postcards from 1950s to 1990s (risque, nude, art sci-fi, oddities) in this and future auctions. From the estate of a big collector who traveled the world and had some very scare paper items. Many postcards from small independent underground printers in Germany, Holland, France, UK, etc.

A 20% restocking fee also applies to merchandise rejected by the buyer due to reasons other than misrepresentation by All Things Estate Auctions. All sales are final. No lots are sold on approval. Placing a bid is a legally binding obligation. There are no returns or exchanges. By signing up to bid and by bidding, bidder agrees not to violate the payment provisions of these terms and conditions.
