Frederick Pabst. DS. 1pp. 13 1/2" x 7". Wisconsin. 1873. A Phillip Best Brewing Company stock certificate for 1 share signed by Frederick Pabst as president. The share was issued to Emil Schandein and signed by him on the verso. At the top are two attractive vignettes; one is of the Empire Brewery and the other is of the Southside Brewery. There is a receipt glued to the left edge and it is crayon cancelled, though not touching Pabst's signature. The piece is in very fine condition overall.
