Signed and inscribed on the first free end page, “To Mr. Harry Whitney, with the compliments of Frederick A. Cook.” Book also bears an Andrew Carnegie II personal bookplate affixed to front pastedown. In good condition, with uniform toning to signed page, partial separation along front hinge, mild toning to inside pages, scattered wear and surface loss and rubbing to covers and spine, and spine a bit weak.
