<B>Frederick Church Autograph Letter Signed with Sketch Included.</B></I> Signed: <I>Yours Church,</B></I> four pages, 5" x 8", np, nd. Written to <I>Dear Doctor</B></I> (Dudley Tenney); he writes about painting, and about a piece he did for the doctor. The sketch on page two is an especially nice one, as Church was known for doing birds and animals, often giving them humorous human traits. Here the bear is the artist, while a rather pouty child, ironically shown as a cherub, is the subject. In very find condition; usual folds are present; very light soiling on the first page.
