From the Ronny Yu directed slasher film 'Freddy vs. Jason' (2003), a crossover between the A Nightmare on Elm Street and Friday the 13th franchises.
This is a Aluminum Freddy glove claw, claw was cut and unsharpened.
Everything was done at the time of production and was ready to be added to a glove if needed. Three different versions of the claws were made for the production, this version is the Aluminum version.
