Comes with a COA co-signed by the movie's prop fabricator. Also included in this lot is a signed letter detailing everything about the glove from the original films prop fabricator.

From the Ronny Yu directed slasher film 'Freddy vs. Jason' (2003), a crossover between the A Nightmare on Elm Street and Friday the 13th franchises.

This is a all Kydex stunt version of the Freddy glove. The Kydex version of the glove was assembled from original production pieces post production. Aside from the 4 Kydex claws, purchased from materials post-production, the Kydex finger joints and back plate were cut and ready for assembly during the time of production. A master claw was made during production to pattern them all.

All the kydex was then painted and weathered to look like steel and copper. The gloves were specially ordered for the production from the manufacturer without their embossed stamped name on the leather in Vancouver Canada where it was shot. The gloves without the stamp were only available to the production and not available to the general public.

Aside from the Kydex, all materials were purchased from the time of the production, assembly and weathering of the glove were done post-production.

Four different versions of the glove were made for the production, this version is the Kydex version.

Kydex is a thermoplastic acrylic-polyvinyl chloride material.
