Freddy vs. Jason (2003) - Freddy's Post-Production Glove (Steel Version).
From the Ronny Yu directed slasher film 'Freddy vs. Jason' (2003), a crossover between the A Nightmare on Elm Street and Friday the 13th franchises.
This is a post production hero, close-up Freddy glove. The glove is constructed of an original leather glove specially ordered for the production from the manufacturer without their embossed stamped name on the leather in Vancouver Canada where it was shot. The original glove was then finished using production patterns to cut the steel claws knuckle pieces back plate.
Glove is dated inside to reflect it's post production status.
Four different versions of the glove were made for the production, this version is the steel clawed version.
Glove was finished by the original Prop maker who Has been a possession of the remaining unused work gloves since he purchased them for the production. The gloves were specially ordered for the production from the manufacturer without their embossed stamped name on the leather in Vancouver Canada where it was shot.
The gloves without the stamp were only available to the production and not available to the general public.
