Originally from the Bill Terezakis (special makeup effects artist) estate.
Made of foam latex. These were the last appliances to be applied.
Original unused backup left and right cheek appliances made for "Freddy", played by Robert Englund in the production of the Ronny Yu directed slasher film 'Freddy vs. Jason' (2003), the crossover between the Nightmare on Elm Street and Friday the 13th series.
It grossed over $116 million worldwide, making it the highest-grossing film in each series.
