Rocketdyne engine component from the Saturn V Launch Vehicle, measuring approximately 6.75" x 7" x 3.5", identified on the upper cylinder in black felt tip by Fred Haise, "Saturn V first stage equipment," and signed on the lower edge, "Fred Haise, Apollo 13 LMP." The part is marked with an arrow to indicate the direction of liquid oxygen propellant flow, and bears several part numbers: "Ser. No. NA-1 1/2-393, Model 1 1/2-5479, Transducer - Lox, Range 20 to 100 GPM…NA5-27299T2-1A, NAS 8-5604, U.S. 1/66." The main valve ports are covered by red Rocketdyne protective cover assemblies, and the two coil electrical ports are protected by screw-on caps. In fine condition. A unique and desirable piece of Saturn V hardware signed by an Apollo astronaut.
