Gorgeous vintage matte-finish 8 x 10 Campbell Studio portrait portrait of Fred and Adele Astaire, signed and inscribed in fountain pen, “To our friend ‘Mac’ What would the William Penn be without you? Sincerely, Fred & Adele.” Blindstamped in the lower right by the photography studio. In fine condition, with a couple trivial surface spots. ‘Mac’ was Kenneth MacRae from Pennsylvania, who helped plan the railroad and was president of the Red Cross in Atlantic City, New Jersey for forty years.
