In part: “The Company shall pay to each of the First Artist and the Producer the sum of $5,000…In respect of sales of Records made from Masters recorded hereunder a royalty at a rate of 10% of the suggested retail selling price…on 100% of net retail sales.” In fine condition, with creased upper left corner with several staple holes and an old staple, and some wrinkling and surface wear.
