In part: “I hereby engage you and you hereby accept such engagement to render your services as a performer on my television program of March 7, 1951…We shall enter into a formal contract which shall include the terms and conditions contained herein and conform with the terms and conditions of the basic contract between and/or sponsor.” Signed at the conclusion in blue fountain pen, “Fred Allen,” and in black fountain pen, “Ed Wynn.” In very good condition, with corner creasing, trivial soiling, and staple holes at upper left corner.
