<B>"Fraud on the Will" Pamphlet from 1879, Regarding Brigham Young.</B></I> Twenty pages, 6.25" x 9.5", Salt Lake City, Utah, nd. This pamphlet deals with the alleged fraud surrounding the will of Brigham Young. It includes sub-topics such as, "Over a Million Dollars Stolen by Taylor & Co." and "Suit of the Heirs to Recover the Money." At the time of his death, Brigham Young owed the Mormon Church over $1,000,000, leaving little remaining in his estate for his heirs and resulting in a major lawsuit. This is a very controversial and interesting document. The pamphlet is in fine condition, with very light toning from the degradation of low quality paper stock. Pamphlet is untrimmed, with mild tears and chipping around edges.
