One page, 8” x 10.5”, on State of New York Executive Chamber letterhead, Albany, December 20, 1929, to Dr. Hamilton Hold, Winter Park, Florida. Roosevelt acknowledges his friend Hamilton Holt's letter and writes in part: “<I>I shall be glad to speak to Governor Smith former governor Al Smith when I see him in a week or so…Alas! There is no possibility of my getting to Florida this spring.
