Slight, dapper character actor (1889–1958) best known for his portrayals of prissy, exasperated hotel managers, clerks, tailors, and professional men in films of the 1930s and 1940s. Vintage matte-finish 8 x 10 photo, signed and inscribed in fountain pen “To Al Mohler, With best wishes, Franklin Pangborn.” In fine condition, with corner tip creasing and a bit of light silvering to darker portions of image.
