<B>Franklin Delano Roosevelt Typed Letter Signed</B></I> "<I>Franklin D. Roosevelt</B></I>" as governor of New York. One page letter, 8" x 10.5", on State of New York Executive Chamber stationary, dated September 11, 1930, Albany, New York, regarding funding for the New York State Roosevelt Memorial. Roosevelt (1882 - 1945) was the 32nd president of the United States. Elected to four terms in office, he served from 1933 to 1945, and is the only U.S. president to have served more than two terms. A central figure of the 20th century, he has consistently been ranked as one of the three greatest U.S. presidents in scholarly surveys.
