Partly-printed DS as president, one page, 21.75 x 18, June 24, 1941. President Roosevelt appoints Basil O’Connor “a Member of the Board of Trustees of the Franklin D. Roosevelt Library.” Nicely signed at the conclusion in black ink by Roosevelt, and countersigned by the acting Secretary of State. The large white seal remains crisp and intact. Document is affixed to an identical size board. In fine condition, with a few stray pencil marks, and a mild shade of toning.
