In part: “As Chairman of the National Committee, I cordially invite you to become a member of the National Committee of the Woodrow Wilson Foundation…The purposes of the Foundation are two-fold—to honor a great American and to perpetuate the ideals for which he stood, and to create a method by which distinguished public service in this and future generations may be fittingly recognized.” In very good condition, with intersecting folds (one vertical fold passing through a single letter of the signature), tear to upper right, and crease to upper left corner.
