In part: “(1) I will make out a Statement of the amount of the purchase price of the outside properties at Warm Springs on which I have given an option to the Charity…(2) You are right that all donations whether direct to Foundation, or to the patient’s Aid Fund, or to Meriwether Reserve for account of foundation must be set up on the books of the Charity…(3) Bank accounts now standing in the name of the Georgia Warm Springs should be changed to name of Meriwether Reserve Inc.” In very good condition, with punch holes to left edge, uniform light toning, some scattered creases, a couple lightly affecting signature, and an office stamp and notation.
