Artist (1874–1948) best known for his highly detailed pen-and-ink illustrations. TLS, one page, 5.75 x 7.5, May 26, 1917. Booth writes to a Mr. Sheffner. In full: “I received your letter of the 24th. It will be quite convenient for me to see you Tuesday, as you ask in your letter; and I shall look for you on that day, between ten o’clock and noon.” Horizontal crease, some wrinkling, and scattered soiling, otherwise fine condition.
