<B>Frank Thomas and Ollie Johnson - Captain Hook and Mr. Smee "Bring Tinkerbell to Me" Bronze Sculpture 5/50 (Walt Disney, 2001).</B></I> In 2001 the Disneyana Convention witnessed the unveiling of this bronze sculpture of Captain Hook and Mr. Smee from the "Frank and Ollie" series. Frank Thomas and Ollie Johnson are legendary animators, two of Disney's original "Nine Old Men." A film, "Frank and Ollie," documenting their lives and friendship, was made in 1995, and the two wrote <B>Disney Animation: The Illusion of Life</B></I>, considered by most as <I>the</B></I> definitive book on "character animation". For "Peter Pan," which was released in 1953, Frank Thomas handled the "acting" of the treacherous pirate, Captain Hook while Ollie Johnson animated his fumbling, bumbling sidekick, Mr. Smee. This bronze sculpture captures the colorful personalities that these talented animators brought to life with their magnificent art. The sculpture is number 5 in a <I>very</B></I> limited edition of 50. Originally released at a retail price of $1,795, the "Bring Tinkerbell to Me" sculptures have since sold for considerably more on the secondary market. The sculpture measures approximately 9" x 9" x 10" and is in Excellent condition. Comes with a signed signature series plaque from the creating artist. <BR><BR><B>Important notice:</B> Heritage usually auctions material at the rate of 200-250 lots per hour. privileges conferred therein are strictly construed and is the exclusive
remedy. Purchaser by non-compliance to its express terms of a granted

<b>Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Provision:</b><o:p></o:p></span></li>

conducted under the provisions of the Federal Arbitration Act with locale
in Dallas, Texas. The prevailing party may be awarded his reasonable
attorney's fees and costs. An arbitrator's award is enforceable in any
court of competent jurisdiction. Any claim made by a bidder has to be
presented within one (1) year or it is barred. Any claim as to provenance
or authenticity must first be transmitted to Auctioneer by credible and
definitive evidence and there is no assurance such presentment that
Auctioneer will validate the claim. Authentication is not an exact science
and other contrary opinions may not be recognized by Auctioneer. Auctioneer
in no event shall be responsible for consequential and incidental damages
and the value of an item is determined by its high bid, which is
Auctioneer's maximum liability. Provenance is not guaranteed by the
Auctioneer, but rather provenance is guaranteed by the consignor. Any
action or claim shall include the consignor with auctioneer acting as
interpleador or nominal party. While every effort is made to determine
provenance and authenticity it is up to the Bidder to arrive at that

default in payment thereof shall be arbitrated pursuant to the arbitration
provision. In the event that any matter including actions to compel
arbitration, construe the agreement, actions in aid or arbitration or
otherwise needs to be litigated, such litigation shall be exclusively in
the Courts of the State of Texas, in Dallas County, Texas, and if
necessary the corresponding appellate courts. The successful Bidder,

a previously consigned item occurs in violation of this provision,
Auctioneer reserves the right to charge Bidder the applicable Buyer's
