Signed and inscribed on the left hand side of the two-page title spread, “For Doggy from Olgivanna and Frank Lloyd Wright /59,” with Wright writing over the beginning of his inscription in ballpoint, “Pat and his Dorothy,” with another small indecipherable notation. Mild toning to signed page, separation to front hinge, pencil notations to first free end page, and small separation along hinge of signed page, otherwise fine condition. Dustjacket exhibits scattered toning and soiling, small edge tears and chips, reinforcements along the backs of top and bottom edges, ink notation to lower right corner of dustjacket, and some areas of damp staining. Pre-certified PSA/DNA and RRAuction COA.
