Baseball Hall of Famer (1886–1963) considered one of the premier power hitters of the Dead-Ball era. Vintage glossy 5 x 7 photo of Baker in his Philadelphia Athletics uniform taking batting practice, signed in fountain pen “Best Regards, Frank Baker.” Baker used a different pen for the sentiment than for his much bolder signature. In fine condition with very faint handwriting beneath Baker’s first name from a failed first attempt at his signature. Such exquisite likenesses of Baker are infrequently encountered.
