<B>Francis Elias Spinner Autograph Letter Signed As Congressman</B></I> “<I>F. E. Spinner</B></I>”. One page, 4.5” x 7”, Washington, December 23, 1858, in ink, to George Ashley, Little Falls, New York. Francis Spinner (1802-1890) enjoyed a rather interesting public service career. He has the distinction of having been elected as both a Democratic and Republican from New York. This letter informs George Ashley that the requested three volume Pension Office Report is being forwarded to his address. The letter bears the usual fold creases, a very small crease at the lower left corner, else very good condition. <I>From the collection of Henry E.
