Shipping Details:
All items can be picked up at #31 100 kalamalka lake rd. Pick up is friday and saturday following the auction, unless previously discussed with the auctioneer. Any items requiring shipping is the responsibility of the bidder to arrange with the auctioneer and shipping company, and any additional shipping costs will be added to bidders invoice.

All orders upon completion of the auction will have the primary card on file charged unless previously discussed with the auctioneer.

All items new and used are sold as is with no warranty expressed or implied. Authenticity is up to the buyer to verify before bidding.
All liquidation items are subject to minor inspection and although all items listed and auctioned have been checked this does NOT guarantee the items necessarily perform as intended or are 100% complete unless otherwise posted.
All purchases must be paid for on auction day, cards on file will be charged upon completion of the auction unless discussed with the auctioneer beforehand. There is a 15 percent buyers premium added to all successful bids plus all applicable sales tax.

Once the auctioneer indicates an item is sold to a bidder (by identification of the bidder paddle number) a immediate expressed contract is entered and liability for the item or items, including responsibility for payment, rests solely and entirely with the bidder.
Merchandise must be removed from auction premises within 4 days following the sale to avoid a storage charge of 12% per lot, per day. After 12 days a restocking and administration fee may also be added. Shipping and/or freight can be arranged at purchaser’s expense through the shipment channel of their choosing.
