Framed Print-Lumbee Tribe Artist Gene Locklear, signed and numbered #17/200, titled Life of Kumeyaay, ''Remembering the Past''. Gene Locklear played professional baseball from 1969 until 1977 for the Cincinnati Reds, San Diego Padres, and New York Yankees. Locklear is from North Carolina, and he is a full-blooded Lumbee Indian. After Locklear's professional baseball career, he transitioned into a successful commercial artist and painter.
