From the Collection of Nick & Suzanne Nicholas comes this Framed, Matted, Hand Signed & Numbered Pena Print. Amado Pena Jr.'s art focuses on Hispanic and Native American figures and has been described as capturing the essence of the Southwest. Pena, a mestizo of Mexican and Yaqui Indian descent, was born in 1943 and raised in Laredo, Texas. He earned B.A. and M.A. degrees at Texas A & I University in Kingsville, Texas and was an art teacher in Texas public schools for sixteen years. Numbered 56 of 65 this vividly colored piece is under glass and has a visual memory of approx. 22'' x 16.5''W.

*** If an item is materially different than was described by the Seller, Buyer shall have 48 hours from the date the property is received to notify the Seller. After the 48 hour period all items are considered as is, without recourse. No buyers premium or shipping will be re-embursed on items returned for any reason.

Items not paid for upon the non pay warning, will be relisted for resale within 10 days. You represent that you are over the age of 18 and can enter into legal contracts. *** The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser, regardless of the time the bids were placed. In the event of a tie between bidders, the auctioneer shall have the sole and final discretion either to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the article in dispute.
