Originally taken July 6, 1965. This print is a later limited edition reproduction from the original negative. U.S. golfers Jack Nicklaus and Arnold Palmer pictured during a practice round prior to the 1965 British Open Championship at Royal Birkdale. At the peak of their games, these are two of the greatest golfers that ever played the game. Embossed: lower left with Hulton Getty stamp, Titled in plate: lower center, and Numbered in pencil: lower right. Edition # AP 1/27. Includes Certificate of Authenticity personally hand-signed by Mark Getty. Minor damage to right top side of frame. Sight size: 20"H x 15"W; Framed 29.5"H x 24.75"W.
