<B>Frackville, PA</B></I> - $5 1902 Plain Back Fr. 598 <B>The First NB & TC</B></I> Ch. # 7860<BR>We sold this note for $1,667.50 at our 2004 Florida United Numismatists auction and a $5 from the adjoining sheet in the same grade at the same price at our 2005 FUN auction. This is quite a scarce bank with just seven large notes traced in the census bearing this title, which was employed for only five years prior to the introduction of the 1929 series. These two examples sold by us in 2004 and 2005 are the only ones of their type and denomination anywhere near this grade.
