This proof bond is given Hessler's highest rarity rating of R8, 1 to 3 known. It is bright and the edges are healthy and it too is mounted on light card stock. The back has a $3000 registry stub attached while the back has also picked up a transference impression from the Hessler X106M that is also in this auction. The impressions found on the card stock of these bonds are due to the nature of storage and length of time.
