<B>Fr. 956b $20 1914 Red Seal Federal Reserve Note PMG Very Fine 30.</B></I> Richmond is one of the rarest districts for Red Seal Fed Twenties, with only five examples of this "b" type recorded, and only seven of the "a" type. Tom's note, which is new to the census, raises the "b" type to six, and the total for all Richmond Red Seal Twenties to a mere thirteen. None of those thirteen notes are reported to be uncirculated, and this VF 30 is the highest grade yet recorded by either grading service for the six known Fr. 956b's.
