<B>Fr. 954b $20 1914 Red Seal Federal Reserve Note PMG Very Fine 30.</B></I> The addition of this piece to the census brings the total up to an even fifteen, not a single one of which is reported to be better than XF. Only one piece has sold in the last five years, a Fine at the 2007 Memphis sale. PMG has graded four examples, with this one the highest of the four. It's a very good looking note for a VF 30, with good color and broad margins. All Philadelphia District Red Seal Twenties are scarce with only 30 examples known when 954a and -b are combined.<BR><I>From The Thomas M.
