<B>Fr. 916 $10 1914 Federal Reserve Note PMG Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ.</B></I> Only a half dozen Uncirculated pieces are reported. This one is part of a trio of consecutive notes in that half dozen. PMG has graded five examples with this 66 EPQ the only Uncirculated piece. In fact, the other four all grade 25 and lower. PCGS has graded ten--none of which are Uncirculated. We are now three plus years into the third party grading game, and the census numbers are beginning to be indicative of true rarity. At this point, when a note is not only alone at the top, but ensconced there multiple grades ahead of its closest competitor, it is likely to remain finest known well into the future. While only time will tell, this piece will likely well remain the finest known example in the future with its "Exceptional Paper Quality" comment.<BR><I>From The Thomas M.
