<B>Fr. 893b $10 1914 Red Seal Federal Reserve Note PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ.</B></I> PMG has graded only a single 66 above the level of this beautiful Red Seal Ten. The note has easily seen deep original embossing, and it carries the all-important "Exceptional Paper Quality," statement. It's hard to imagine what limited this note to the 65 level, as all of its attributes appear to be deserving of a 6 or 7.
