<B>Fr. 836a $5 1914 Red Seal Federal Reserve Note PMG Choice About Unc 58.</B></I> Tom's "a" type Richmond red seal is new to the census, raising the count to 17. PMG surprisingly has graded 14 examples, with this 58 the highest, and the second highest grading only 45. PCGS has graded only two, both low grade.
